How To Order

Ordering from Special Creations is quick and easy 

Step 1: Either browse our shop categories or enter what you are looking for into the Search box. Once you have found what you’re looking simply enter the amount you need and press on Add to Basket. 

Step 2: When you have added all your items select your country to calculate your postage cost and then click on Proceed To Checkout 

Step 3: You will now be prompted to select your payment method. Select how you wish to pay. You will now be asked for your billing and shipping address details. One entered click on continue. You now have chance to enter any discount codes if applicable. Once you are happy click continue to confirm your order and then click to confirm and pay. You will now either be directed to your payment option. 

Once you have completed your order you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You should also receive an email from the chosen payment option to confirm your payment has been accepted.

We are fully PCI Compliant and carry out quarterly scans off our system to make sure we stay compliant.

We offer the following options to pay for your order. 

Option 1:- 

Pay Online with your Credit or Debit card using the following companies. 

Barclays Merchant - A safe secure option to pay using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Solo, American Express or Visa Electron.

PayPal - A classic way to pay either by using your PayPal balance or by using your credit or debit card. Please note you do not need an account to use this service.

Google Checkout - Another safe and convenient option to pay with your Credit or Debit card

Option 2:-

Pay over the phone.

We are happy to accept your order over the phone. Simply place your order online and then select the payment method "Pay by Phone" at checkout. Then call our payment hotline 01302 866523 with your order number and Credit or Debit card details to pay for your order safely and securely.
